Birthday

Usually people raise hell when they don’t ‘do anything’ for their birthdays…I am here to tell you that the secret to having a great birthday is to just do that — do nothing. I haven’t done much more than eat twice so far and jack around on the internet and I am happy as pie…although, now that I think about it, pie probably isn’t very happy. I digress, it is cold, wet and gray, but I see dinner and the purchase of books an hour or two away and this makes me smile. So, for your next birthday, try to do as little as humanly possible and see that you don’t feel absolutely relieved. After all, it is YOUR day of birth remembrance; you are not required to entertain others.

Cheers to 26 years and to future years!
