I was led to a fantastic quote about going unshod via a post by Holistic Mama.
The myth of the good, solid shoe is like the fallacy of communism, said Dr. Staheli. “People do better when they’re free, and the foot does better when it’s free.”
I can not think of a better way of explaining Freedom or going unshod…but somehow, Staheli hit the mark.
